Handsfree HT Hardmount
In our continuing quest to make operating Steadicam™ and handheld easier on the operator's body, we have developed a method of hardmounting to a Handsfree Transporter.
The HT Hardmount is an add-on that allows operators to the freedom to use the Handsfree Transporter without carrying the weight of the camera.
The HT Hardmount consists of a "roll cage" mounted to the stabilized platform of the Handsfree Transporter and a vertical spar with the hardmount and Suspender adaptor. The stabilizer arm is plugged into a modified Walter Klassen Vehicle Mount, which is attached to a curved vertical spar at the rear of the Handsfree Transporter.
